Wait time is around 8-10mins in the morning during the week day. My stylist she is nice and energetic, she cut more layers for me since my hair is super frizzy hard to manage. I will come back again. My son has been staying with this salon for long time.
Super long wait every time, names called sound nothing like what is written down, but is the cheapest haircut in Pleasanton that looks pretty good. Was not very clear on what surcharges were there made me run home two times for card then cash.
Don't recommend this place. There waitlist mechanism is terrible. They do it so random that they prioritize their friends and connections.
Once got trapped in waitlist and had to wait 2 hrs.
Update 8/28: After long closure due to covid-19 , they are open with outdoor setup now.
One of the nicest hair saloon this side. Run by Chinese folks who are extremely gentle and polite.

Very unhygienic place. The lady tried to reuse the cloth and didn't bother to clean the messy hair on the chair and floor before the next haircut.
$18 mens haircut doesn't mean you shouldn't do basic maintenance.
I’ve got haircut here thrice now. Good cut, very good price. Plus there is a discount for cash payment! The wait can be long depending on when you arrive.
